Trained in international business law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and project engineering (IESA Paris, within the office of Jack Lang at the Institut du Monde Arabe), Alexandra Sprinceana is a project coordinator with a focus on environmental, social, and cultural impact. She first served as chief of staff to a Member of Parliament, then as head of strategic and institutional development for the creation of the ecological and museum project La Cité de l’Arbre. She later helped structure territory-based fundraising strategies within local governments and non-profits, facilitating cooperation between public and private stakeholders.
Convinced that “culture makes us resilient and gives us hope” (UNESCO), she founded the Culture Soudée collective, which advocates for free access to culture and scientific outreach in villages with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants. She is driven by the desire to build bridges: between public and private sectors, between culture and social engagement, between purposeful projects and the resources that can bring them to life.
Her approach is sensitive, rigorous, and always oriented toward creating sustainable collective dynamics.
