Lina Nakazawa-Piras is a project coordinator and manager for cultural and multimedia projects, most recently at art institutions such as the Musée du Louvre, Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, and Centre des Monuments Nationaux in Paris, France. She has coordinated international and cross-cultural projects in France, Japan, Germany, Norway, Kuwait, Italy, and the USA. Since 2015, she has been part of the Publics Department at the Centre des Monuments Nationaux in France, working as a project manager for public outreach initiatives.
Lina has also worked as a writer and translator for various institutions and publications. She has written articles about museums and cultural institutions for the Maison des Musées du Monde and contributed to the editing of exhibition catalogues and art publications for institutions such as the National Museum of Western Art in Tokyo, the Collection de l’Art Brut in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Éditions de La Martinière in Paris.
With strong communication skills and expertise in educational, artistic, and cultural development, Lina is passionate about acting as an intermediary between art and people. Her goal is to spread knowledge and raise awareness about issues close to her heart through meaningful cultural experiences.
Lina holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the Université Paris IV–Sorbonne and a Bachelor of Arts in Language Studies from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
