As part of COP21 (UN Climate Change Conference, Pairs, 2015) ARTPORT_making waves organized a screening of Cool Stories For When The Planet Gets Hot IV followed by a panel discussion on sustainable food production with Anne-Marie Melster, Co-Founder and Co-Director, ARTPORT_making waves; Kevin Morel, agronomist engineer; Maxime de Rostolan, Founder, Fermes d’Avenir; Barthélémy Toguo, artist; moderated by Anne De Malleray, Director of Billebaude, Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature.

The experts from different fields discussed the future of food and food production in the context of climate change, the needs of the citizens and the challenges of agriculture today and what the arts can contribute to raise awareness and to improve the conditions. The students of Paris’ Maximilien Vox high school presented their experiences with the workshop by Barthélémy Toguo which ARTPORT organizedas part of their COP21 program at the Grand Palais .
